**Requirements**
● Hold a valid and in date CSCS card to enable access within a building site
● Have a good understanding of Health and Safety across construction and maintenance activities (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable)
**Responsibilities**
● Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and controlled manner to maintain operational systems, processes, and best practice.
● Review and approval of RAMS and Permit Requests Applications.
● Responsible for the master works monitoring tracker.
● Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
● Ensure all Trade Contractors complete the required legal documents and help ensure the organization remains compliant.
● Regular auditing of the permit control to ensure the safe system of work are followed to a high standard and for compliance.
● Perform quality controls and monitor production.
● Maintain constant communications with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
● Review and manage the key lockers and distribution of keys
● Provide reports as required.
● Assist with transferring of spaces to CAT B Fit out team utilising company procedures and documentation.
● Regularly walk the site to ensure Room posters are in place and correctly labled and locks are operational
