Responsibilities The Opportunity The EHS Sr. Analyst will lead strategic improvements by applying analytical methodologies, managing information, and evaluating trends. This role will support better decision-making, ensure alignment with EHS objectives, and drive efficiency in the execution of organizational strategies. Considering quality control and data validation to ensure reliability and accuracy for reporting. The EHS Sr. Analyst primary responsibilities include: 1) Support the PBNA Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) function with Reporting and Metrics in support of the Field organization and HQ EHS team by providing accurate and reliable information. 2) Complete and deliver accurate reports related to EHS metrics (Accidents, collisions, investigations, audits, trainings, hours of service, timecards, etc.). The role will also include responsibility to help improve the capability, efficiency and reliability of the key reports, tools and dashboards 3) Support the deployment of new upcoming EHS Regulatory projects (DOT Verification BOT, Matrix DQF, Road Side Stop, PBNA EHS Dashboard) by providing technical expertise for scalable and reliable solutions 4) Support future digitization and modernization of ETL processes and apps for the EHS function by providing general business context and technical recommendations 5) Develop and maintain high-impact EHS dashboards aligned with business needs by combining business knowledge and data mindset for delivering best in class user experience 6) Develop and deploy techniques to ensure a data quality control, data validation and data centralization to ensure reliability by using programming skills and tools like power automate and power apps 7) Support on Business transformation by considering One North America project a mid-term goal to ensure deployment with no business disruptions 8) Data Mapping for workflow optimization by adding technical expertise and recommendations for scalability and sustainability Your Impact • Manage the Regulatory DOT Verification process by maintaining and enhancing the current application for data transactions and document release. • Develop and Manage PBNA reports and trackers for accidents, collisions, audits, trainings, investigations, hours of service, etc. • Support on the deployment of new projects including the Roadside Stop, Matrix DQF and the EHS HUB by including best practices, and business/technical knowledge • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, applying best practices in visualization (color, contrast, alignment, consistency) and working iteratively with end users to ensure usability and alignment across supply chain reporting. • Build and optimize scalable data models to support adaptability and long-term maintenance. • Use SQL to integrate data from multiple sources and collaborate with data engineers to build and deploy pipelines that prepare data for reporting. • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL pipelines, performing data validation to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements. • Partner with EHS SMEs to ensure reporting and analytics align with productivity goals and the One North America initiative. • Collaborate with report owners and stakeholders to migrate existing tools, develop innovative reporting solutions, and track productivity improvements. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, data engineers, developers) to design, plan, and deliver end-to-end business solutions. • Provide ad-hoc analysis, user support, and troubleshooting to resolve tool-related issues. • Execute scheduled technical tasks on time, address discrepancies, escalate when needed, and maintain clear communication with business teams. • Ensure data availability and accuracy, coordinating with users and technical teams when issues arise. • Support the digitization and modernization of EHS reporting systems by driving strategic collaboration and continuous improvement. This includes building scalable solutions, establishing a single source of truth, and ensuring adaptability for future integration with other markets. Apply effective prioritization and leverage available resources (expertise, documentation, diagnostic tools) to address issues and enhancement requests efficiently. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? • Fluent in English (written and spoken). • Bachelor's degree in business systems, IT, Engineering, or related field, plus 2+ years of relevant experience. • 2+ years of experience with Tableau and/or Power BI, including dashboard design, visualization techniques, interactivity, data blending, and data modeling. Ability to create wireframes for different user personas and deliver complete solutions. • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, with experience working with multiple data sources (Oracle, Teradata, Data Lake, etc.) to prepare and harmonize data for dashboards. Basic to intermediate knowledge of ETL concepts, with a willingness to expand expertise. • Strong ability to translate business requirements into data architecture, process design, and visual solutions. • Familiarity with supply chain or logistics analytics is a plus. • 1+ years of programming experience in R, Python, or similar languages. • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop proactive action plans.
