About the role.

The Health & Safety Coordinator is required to assist and support in the development and execution of the health & safety and security agenda for the plant, focusing on continuous improvement of health & safety policies and procedures, injury prevention, safety management, plant security, crisis management, and compliance with all applicable Federal and local health & safety compliance obligations. Must be local to Appleton, WI - no relocation offered.

Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree in the Health & Safety field requiredProfessional certifications such as CSP, ASP, or accredited Health & Safety Certification preferredAbility to independently carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formAbility to analyze data and draw logical conclusions with minimal guidanceStrong attention to detail including visual acuity
