Position Summary:
The Resource Specialist supports patients and clinic teams by performing necessary duties to ensure patients’ needs are met prior to, during, and after a clinic visit. This can include but is not limited to pre-visit data/record collection and entering of medical records/orders; completion of prior authorization and patient forms; identifying/ordering/stocking supplies, equipment, medication and vaccines needed in the clinic.
