What the Day Will Look Like
Our Health Operations Supervisors are responsible for making decisions that impact the team's ability to deliver the expected results. To facilitate effective decision-making, they continuously develop their expertise on clients, systems and processes, while ensuring adequate knowledge of Aon processes and policies regarding HR, security, health and safety, business continuity, finance and IS.

Responsibilities include:Own end-to-end project planning and execution across borders, impacting high-level business decisions.
+ Delivering operations through the work performed by team members within the scope of health processes. This is assessed in comparison to SLAs along with the performance of the group.
+ Tracking and improving the work of the team to minimize errors and enhance efficiency. Co-ordinating projects to enhance service delivery, update processes, and transition work in the team while using change techniques to ensure that change is managed smoothly.
+ Actively leading the team through delegating tasks, setting responsibilities, setting goals, managing performance, planning development and succession, showing leadership, giving feedback, coaching and managing time and attendance.
+ Developing positive relationships with customers, boosting business development and supporting cross-departmental career growth opportunities.
+ Risk and governance leadership: proactively coordinating risk management, facilitating succession planning for key positions and working together to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and involvement.
Skills and Experience That Will Lead to Success
This role is suited for an individual starting their leadership path, having supervised 5-10 employees for a year or two in a corporate or structured work setting with a focus on coordination and accountability; project management experience is also desirable. The successful candidate will bring passion, a collaborative attitude, and a strong desire to grow into broader leadership responsibilities and have solid interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. A few skills include:
+ Interest in employing technology to streamline tasks and improve team outcomes.
+ Emerging critical thinking skills and a willingness to support organizational change initiatives.
+ English proficiency, at C1 level.
