**Job Description:**
Routes medical information (results, reports, and correspondence) for all Essentia Health facilities to patients, healthcare providers & facilities, and others by protocol. Investigates mail returns, verifies and updates patient, provider, and facility contact information. Reviews obituaries via online resources and notifications for all Essentia Health facilities and updates the patient’s status in the EHR. (electronic health record).
