This calling resonates deeply for our caregivers and our colleagues working behind the scenes, who all bring high-quality, compassionate care to the patients we are privileged to serve. **Education Qualifications:** No education requirement **Key Responsibilities:** + Performing fitness assessments and consultations + Interpreting and formulating personalized exercise programs for members + Orientate members in safe and proper use of weight and aerobic equipment, and take care of scheduled maintenance of such equipment + Teach exercise and fitness classes as needed + Train new fitness staff in the policies and procedures of Essentia Health This is a casual, or as needed, position at Center for Personal Fitness in Esko, MN, Tiger Fitness Center, Maple, WI or Essentia Health - Miller Hill Health Plaza in Duluth. _Hours of Operation:_ + Duluth:5:30am – 10pm Mon – Fri, 7am- 6:30pm Sat & Sun (arrive 30 min prior to open!, shift splits at 12pm on weekends) + Tiger: 6am – 8:00pm Mon - Thurs, 6am – 7pm Friday, 8am – 12pm Saturdays. Closed Sundays + Esko: 5:30am – 8:00pm Mon - Thurs, 5:30a – 7pm Friday, 8am – 12pm Saturdays. Closed Sundays.
