Are you a dynamic leader who knows how to manage teams, people, and operations with excellence? We are looking for a Health Club Operation Manager to oversee our Health Club, Spa, Pool, and Recreation facilities. The right candidate will combine strong leadership with operational expertise to deliver memorable guest and member experiences.
**A little taste of your day-to-day:**
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Leading, motivating, and managing a diverse team of fitness instructors, lifeguards, spa therapists, and reception staff.
Driving teamwork, accountability, and service excellence across all areas.
Overseeing smooth daily operations of the Health Club, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
Coaching and developing colleagues, conducting performance reviews, and creating training plans to uplift service delivery.
Handling guest and member relations with professionalism—resolving issues and ensuring loyalty.
Managing operational costs, payroll, and departmental budgets effectively.
Coordinating with Engineering, F&B, Sales, and Marketing to create synergies and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Driving revenue growth through memberships, promotions, spa services, and wellness initiatives.
Staying up to date with wellness trends and implementing innovative programs to keep the club competitive.
**What we need from you:**
Proven experience in managing a Health Club, Spa, or Recreation facility within a luxury or 5-star hospitality setting.
Strong leadership qualities—able to manage teams, inspire people, and drive results.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead both staff and guest interactions.
Commercial acumen with the ability to balance service excellence and profitability.
Sound knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety regulations related to fitness, spa, and pool operations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
