**Description**
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of Total Rewards practices and basic understanding of related HR disciplines to solve complex program challenges. Works independently to develop and implement compensation and benefits solutions, potentially leading specific initiatives or ongoing programs. Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues while partnering with other HR functions to execute strategic Total Rewards plans.
**Key Accountabilities:**
TR Strategy, Program Design & Administration:
· Plays a key role in the design and implementation of the Total Rewards programs.
· Leverage’s metrics to analyze and evaluate program effectiveness.
· Provide subject matter expertise, analytics, and project management.
Program Management, Compliance and Governance (includes third party-vendor mgt):
· Apply knowledge of policies to recommend and implement solutions to complex problems.
· Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Provide comprehensive reports and analyses to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations.
· Partner with vendor to identify and implement improvements, efficiencies, and enhancements
Business/Market Insights and Data Analysis:
· Coordinates compensation or benefit projects, analyses data and key people metrics to support delivery of the Total Rewards strategy.
· Respond to management requests for ad hoc analyses and modeling.
· Create and present executive-level reports and presentations on trends and analysis.
· Research professional literature and other internal and external resources to gather data for special programs and provide recommendations.
Communication & Change Management:
· Proactively consult with peers and leaders to make recommendations about sensitive employee information
· Collaborate cross-functionally on programs, initiatives, and issue resolution to foster consensus

The base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $103,966.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
