As Health and Safety Manager, you’ll lead a highly motivated team of skilled specialists ensuring the well-being of our workforce and compliance of HSE globally. You’ll interact directly with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure regulatory requirements are met. You’ll develop functionality and continuous improvement of our innovative HSE program.
 

As a Health and Safety Manager (HSE), you will be responsible for:
 

Developing, improving and re-designing internal health and safety processes to reflect changing needs of company and managementCommunicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational objectives are implementedProviding expertise and knowledge of environmental health and safety directly to the businessAnalyzing and developing new procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory frameworkEnsuring proactive HSE customer Interface within Caspian region

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a related subject,Be certified in one or more of the following, ISO, NEBOSH, CSP, CEM or relevant HSE certifications is a plusHave 10 years’ experience of working within the HSE discipline and frameworkShow experience of managing teamHave experience in oil and gas sphereHave fluent Azerbaijan and minimum upper-intermediate Russian and English
