Health & Safety Advisor
Salary: €70,000 plus Sodexo Benefits
Location: North Wall Quay, Dublin
Sodexo is seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Advisor to strengthen and maintain a robust safety culture across all service lines at the Central Bank of Ireland. This is a key role providing expert guidance and driving continuous improvement in Health & Safety, Food Safety, Environmental practices, Risk Management, and Business Continuity.
You will play a vital part in ensuring our operations consistently meet Sodexo UK&I safety standards while supporting operational leaders to keep colleagues and clients safe every day.
Key Responsibilities
Champion a positive Health & Safety culture across the accountProvide expert advice on occupational safety to operational teamsSupport implementation of Sodexo’s Health, Food Safety and Environmental policiesLead on local planning and performance management for EHS standardsContribute to risk registers and business continuity planningConduct and support incident investigations and root cause analysisMaintain accurate compliance documentation and site-specific proceduresCollaborate with Sodexo’s wider HSEQ community to drive improvements and innovation
Skills & Experience Required
Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health and SafetyIOSH membershipExperience within Hard FM or Mechanical & Electrical environmentsGood working knowledge of current Health & Safety legislationUnderstanding of Food Safety systems including HACCPProven experience implementing safety and quality systemsStrong communication, leadership and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
