Salary range for this position: $155,000 - $175,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You will partner with People & Culture, Corporate Affairs, and the Rewards Analytics Lead to develop and communicate strategic wellness initiatives, while interpreting benefits data to inform decision-making. You’ll actively contribute to projects, cross-train in areas such as Equity Valuations and People Analytics, and support benefits programs and compliance. Building relationships with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and other departments will be key to ensuring successful delivery of initiatives.Salary range for this position: $155,000 - $175,000/Year.
