What the day will look like As an Operations Leader in Aon's health actuarial and analytics area, your day-to-day will center on supervising client services and leading colleagues across a diverse, global health portfolio. You’ll balance benefits management with cost control, ensuring client programs align with their strategic goals. Expect to work with end-to-end solutions, applying a structured, systematic approach while employing Aon's purchasing power. You’ll build and nurture client relationships, meet or exceed delivery expectations, and help drive business retention and growth, including onboarding new clients and preparing them for seamless ongoing service.
