DHL is seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Contract Business Partner to coordinate and assist our management teams in HSE and Business Continuity Management (BCM) initiatives across three different customer sites.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, you will

\n\nCoordinate and assist the management team(s) in HSE & BCM initiatives at three different customer sites.\nProvide HSE & BCM advice, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with relevant statutory legislation.\nDrive business standardization and assist with continued adherence to the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and other relevant HSE & BCM policies at the sites.\nMeet annual Safety, Health, and Environmental objectives, assessed via the performance management system.\nUndertake relevant HSE & BCM audits and create action plans in line with corporate requirements.\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.\nPrevious health and safety responsibility in warehouse and transport environments.\nTarget-focused with a proven ability to deliver standardized programs.\nComfortable with regional travel and beyond, as operational requirements dictate.\nTransport or Automative experience would be beneficial to this role\nNEBOSH National General Certificate.\n\n
