**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Sr. Manager, you will be in charge of creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for medium to large-sized clients.
This job is within the Property Management function. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.
Office Location: San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Dallas, or Houston (Remote work with presence in one of the listed locations)
**What You'll Do:**
+ Promote a positive and proactive culture to influence collaborators, and to ensure compliance.
+ Develop, implement, and review playbooks, and procedures. Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives drive program consistency and efficiency.
+ Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
+ Track operational and safety risks. Develop and manage complex strategic risk management strategies to avoid potential incidents.
+ Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports. Identify and implement ways to reduce risk.
+ Work with high-profile collaborators to identify potential concerns. Troubleshoot and suggest solutions.
+ Monitor Health, Safety and Environmental regulatory compliance within the account. Implement strategic solutions to boost and sustain compliance as needed.
+ Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own rigor, and how own rigor integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
+ Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
+ Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
+ Improve and change existing methods, processes and standards within job field.
**What You'll Need:**

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Additional certifications as required by local authority.
+ Professional certification in HSE (e.g. CSP, CIH, CHMM, CRSP, CMIOSH, MIEMA, CEnv etc.)
+ Experience of operating in roles across multiple sites.
+ Experience working in property management industry preferred.
+ Experience of working with HSE Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 45003) preferred.
+ Experience in Life Sciences and IAQ is preferred.
+ OSHA Regulatory compliance SME in 1910 and 1926 is preferred.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own teams, multiple teams, and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the HSE Sr Manager position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the HSE Sr Manager position is $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
