Required Education:

4 Year Degree The head coach is responsible for setting a Christ-centered culture of competitive excellence, sportsmanship and personal growth. Duties include but are not limited to: budget and roster management, recruiting, fundraising, student-athlete skill development, staff supervision and academic accountability. The candidate must be committed to all NCAA II, Great Midwest Athletic Conference and Malone University policies and procedures. They must possess professionalism, integrity and serve as a positive role model on and off campus.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Collegiate coaching experience Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree Collegiate playing experience 3+ years of collegiate coaching experience
