Job Responsibilities

1. Lead teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
2. Define the strategic vision and direction for project management.
3. Develop and implement project management frameworks and
methodologies.
4. Collaborate with leadership to align project initiatives with
business goals.
5. Oversee project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational
priorities.
6. Ensure highest standards of project quality, efficiency, and
effectiveness.
7. Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies in project
management.
8. Manage budgets and resources for project management initiatives.
9. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
10. Prepare and present project status reports and strategies to
executives.

Education Requirement

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE), MBA preferred

Experience Requirement

15 years & above

2. Advanced knowledge of project management software and tools.
3. Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
4. Strong understanding of risk management, resource planning, and
budget management.
