The Head of US Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) for Digital Industries is responsible for the development and implementation of Siemens' strategic initiatives within U.S. CPG companies leading to the achievement of profit, growth, customer, and employee satisfaction goals. This role requires an adaptive leadership style to engage with teams and stakeholders, creating a culture of trust and belonging by making people development, collaboration, and diversity an absolute priority.  **You will make an impact by:** + Strategically lead the deployment of Siemens' automation solutions across major CPG, retail, and logistics companies, while empowering and holding the CPG sales team accountable for achieving exceptional results. + Manage ongoing analysis of the CPG markets; identifying relevant threats and opportunities; recommending and implementing changes to strategy and positioning + Drive assessment of growth opportunities and coordinate with internal stakeholders to screen potential opportunities + Champion deep, cross-functional collaboration with customers and all regional sales, execution, and marketing organizations to collectively understand and proactively translate customer needs into impactful, actionable solutions. + Oversee and grow the CPG vertical and lead a team of ~20 sellers This position is ideally located in the US Eastern or Central Time Zones with frequent travel to client sites.   **You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**   **Basic Qualifications:** + Minimum 10 years of experience selling large strategic enterprise solutions to the CPG sector with ability to navigate complex sales cycles, or equivalent large OEM customer sales experience + Minimum of 8 years of experience leading, motivating and developing effective and high performing sales teams + Strong history of quota achievement over career & proven track record of managing a sales organization towards quota attainment and forecast accuracy + 5+ years of demonstrated experience in automation or software sales + Executive leadership, negotiating, and influencing skills + Excellent public speaking, written, and oral communication skills + Strong organizational abilities and strategic thinking capabilities + Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.   **Preferred Qualifications:** + CPG industry background (advantageous for understanding the industry we serve) + 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience + Experience with Microsoft Office suite, SAP, and Salesforce.com + Demonstrated ability to get results in complex customer environments + Proven ability in identifying vertical market opportunities and commercializing solutions   **About Siemens:** We are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
