Job Description:

The Head of Technology, Enterprise Protect, Operational Resilience owns the journey vision, product roadmap and objectives and align the team around delivery goals; responsible for the Product vision and strategy and ensuring adapts to changing customer preferences and the competitive landscape.

Depth & Scope:

Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as requiredTechnology Operational Resilience products are responsible for the ensuring TD’s ability to respond and recover from operational disruptionsResilience Process Management defines and implements an end-to-end process to manage TD’s technology operational resilience posture; this includes resilience strategy and plans, process mapping and resilience remediation managementCyber resilience enables TD’s ability to respond and recover from major cyber attacks and disruptions to critical business processes; cyber resilience planning and testingTechnology resilience enables TD’s continuity of operations during major incidents and disasters, limiting impact to critical business functions Disaster recovery planning, testing and Architecture analysisThird Party resilience enables TD’s ability to reduce impact from compromised Third Parties and respond to Third Party service disruptions or degradations; external dependency mapping, third party continuity planning and third-party DR integrationEnd of Life (Currency) defines and manages TD’s bank program to manage security risks associated with aging technology assets; currency security management, mitigation planning and remediation managementData resilience defines and manages TD’s bank program to manage risks associated with data loss and corruption; data resilience planning, testing and scenario analysis

Education & Experience:

Undergraduate degree required; Post Graduate degree preferred15+ years of experience requiredExperience leading large ($50MM+) programs of high complexity and broad organizational impactExperience communicating and collaborating with executive stakeholders (SVP/EVP, CXO, Group Head levels)Strong influence and persuasion skillsRemains resilient under pressureDemonstrated capability to build and develop high performing teams at AVP level and belowEngages executive stakeholders appropriately to review program progress, obtain input, validate and approve key decisionsProvides advisory/support in the role of relationship manager to one or more business segments in delivery domain expertise
