Solution Design & Delivery + Provide technical guidance to project teams. + Establish and maintain standards and best practices. + Support internal and external audits. DevOps & Development: + Implement DevOps practices and define the technology stack. + Oversee technical execution and ensure architectural consistency. + Support build vs. buy decisions. Cloud Architecture: + Design and implement cloud solutions (mainly Azure and GCP). + Translate business needs into scalable infrastructure. + Maintain technical documentation. Team Leadership + Lead and develop a high-performing technical team. + Manage priorities and foster motivation.
