Head of Talent Acquisition Delivery

Full Time (FTC)

Derby/Hybrid

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Talent Acquisition Delivery to lead and transform enterprise wide hiring across Rolls-Royce group for all Mid-Career requirements. This role is responsible for all global end to end delivery of talent acquisition at scale, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes across multiple Divisions, Enabling Functions and Geographies. You will set the operational strategy for hiring delivery, drive performance against demand, and ensure our recruitment model is efficient, data-led with insights for stakeholders and aligned to long-term workforce plans.

Based in our Group Business Services, People Services team, you will be working closely with senior HR and business leaders, you will lead a global team and vendor partners, embedding best-in-class processes, technology and governance. You will balance pace with quality, champion continuous improvement, and ensure an excellent candidate and hiring-manager experience. This is a critical leadership role for a proven talent acquisition operator who thrives in scale, complexity and accountability, and who can translate strategy into outstanding delivery.

 What you will be doing 

Own the end-to-end delivery of Talent Acquisition services for the Group globally for Mid-Career (all levels including contingent resources except Level A and Executive)

Deliver the employer Branding requirements for the Group

Deliver technology, operational and process improvement projects to enable Rolls-Royce to be global leaders in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Manage stakeholders to ensure that they are ‘brought on the journey’ of Talent Acquisition services

Own the transformation improvements that can make our Talent Acquisition approach world class, including continuing the great work on on-boarding strategy that compliments the employer brand element of the strategy – enabling a flawless transition into the organisation

Understand, evaluate, and leverage automation to ensure that our Talent Acquisition strategy is future-proofed

Work flexibly across the whole organisation, in collaboration with business leaders, People Teams, Head Office and Global Business Services colleagues to deliver a world class candidate experience, and a smooth transition into colleague experience once on board

Use innovative and creative solutions to address business challenges to address the challenges we face today and in pursuit of our vision

Work in partnership with our procurement teams to ensure we are receiving cost competitive, reliable and high performing support from our suppliers

A strong operational leader with experience driving performance, managing to budget and working with suppliers

Experience bringing strategy to life, partnering with thought leaders, and creating a roadmap for how we transform

Proven capability in Stakeholder Management at all levels of the organisation

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and engage with a range of different stakeholders

Extensive matrix-working experience; ability to partner internally & with 3rd parties to enable operational delivery against strategy

In-depth knowledge of the People function and a demonstrated ability to work across People & business teams to ensure delivery

Experience of working with different cultures (countries / companies).
