We’re looking for a creative lead to head up our Studio team in Nottingham. You’ll guide our creative approach to marketing campaigns and customer comms that help our customers succeed with credit.
You’ll join our wider Design team to turn big business goals into memorable customer experiences.
What you'll do
Lead the team. You’ll manage 12 talented Designers (including Visual and Motion Designers), Copywriters and Design Ops.
Inspire growth. You’ll coach your team to help them do their best work while developing their careers.
Set the bar. You'll guide our approach and inspire creative excellence, consistency and innovation.
Be the customer’s voice. You’ll champion our customers' needs to develop great experiences across the entire journey, not just the parts you own.
Bridge the gap. You’ll work with business partners to understand customer needs, and influence marketing strategy.
Run the shop. You’ll manage the team’s roadmap and resources, making sure we deliver on time while still finding space to experiment.
The final word. You’ll give the final creative sign-off, ensuring all output is on-brand, legally compliant and creatively exceptional.
Who you are
A proven leader. Significant experience in creative leadership, either in a creative agency or in-house Marketing or Design team. Experience in Finance or a regulatory industry is a nice-to-have, but not essential.
A creative pro. Your portfolio is packed with examples showing expertise in branding, visual identity and integrated campaign creatives.
A mentor. You know the creative process inside out and love guiding others through it.
A storyteller. You make the complex feel simple and compel your audience to act.
Open-minded. You share your points of view, but listen to others with an open mind.
Patient but persistent. You know great ideas need data and a bit of grit to get over the line
