We are seeking a strategic leader to serve as a key partner to the CFO, CEO & Senior Executive Team. The role will be responsible for driving growth and shaping enterprise strategy, driving strategic initiatives and leading corporate development for an independent Oil & Gas Operator.

Role Overview

Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the annual and multi-year strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Business Development & Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement the company’s business development strategy, including partnerships and joint ventures. Strategic Insights & Analytics: Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to inform strategic priorities. Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence: Collaborate with senior executives to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

M&A Expertise: Proven experience in sourcing, diligence, and integration. Strategic Planning: Strong background in strategic planning Business Development: Ability to identify and evaluate growth opportunities. Analytical Skills: Exceptional financial and analytical acumen.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Experience: Extensive experience in strategy, corporate development / busienss development, management consulting, or related fields. Preferred Experience: Involvement in a CFO organization is advantageous.
