Job Summary:

Head of Sourcing & Procurement  drive the procurement of high-quality materials and finished products. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in global sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate will build and manage a robust, ethical, and scalable procurement network, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury standards, sustainability goals, and evolving market demands.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate contracts to secure the best quality, pricing, and lead times. Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, mills, and manufacturers that align with the brand’s quality and aesthetics goals by collaborating with design team. Implement a supplier evaluation and performance monitoring system. Ensure compliance with trade regulations, sustainability, and ethical sourcing. Manage inventory levels and procurement budgets, reducing waste and optimizing supply chain costs. Oversee procurement of fabrics, trims, and raw materials, quality control, shipping, and logistics.

 

Qualifications:

MBA or master’s in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field. 15+ years in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and supply chain optimization with 3-4 years specifically in leadership. Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
