Use Your Skills to Move the World Forward

Education: University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experienceExperience & SkillsOver 3 years of leading international software engineering teams and more than 2 years in people management rolesKnowledge of C# .net, Angular and/or SQL are expectedSuperior communication and mediation abilities, along with a customer-centric approachExpertise in software engineering, program management, and technology integrationProficiency in cloud environments, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud PlatformClear understanding of software governance, compliance, and security standardsDevelopment of scalable software infrastructures, including both frontend and backend systemsFamiliarity with modern software engineering tools and technologies, and the capability to implement strategies effectivelyExperience with developing solutions at scale, using state-of-the-art frontend and serverless backend technologiesClear communication with senior management and skilled mentoring of software engineering teamsFamiliarity with agile methodologies including ScrumLanguages: Business proficiency in English and strategic thinking to translate technical concepts into business solutions
