Your Responsibilities:
Lead and develop an international engineering team delivering shared services and platform modules for digital medical and non‑medical solutionsBuild, attract, and retain high‑performing agile teams capable of frequent digital application releasesCreate and manage development and growth plans for team membersEnsure reliable, functionally rich components within the digital ecosystem, following architectural guidelinesSeparate medical and non‑medical functionalities to enable faster development cyclesProvide software engineering expertise in development technologies and methodsCollaborate with Product Management, DSO, IT, and other departments to allocate engineering resources based on prioritiesYour Profile:
7+ years leadership experience in solution development (medical, health, or non‑medical), ideally in regulated industriesBachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information, Digital Technology, Software Engineering or similarFull‑stack software development background, including backend and embedded systemsExperience building foundational application frameworksProven technical leadership in digital innovation and agile environmentsExperience with onshore/nearshore/offshore teams and partner managementHighly tech‑savvy, with strong awareness of digital trends and innovationsStrong track record delivering fast, reliable cloud‑based solutionsBrings a user-centric approach to digital solutions, drives process optimization and continuous improvement, builds strong partnerships, and makes timely, high-quality decisionsAttracts top talent to build strong, diverse teams, thrives in ambiguity, and brings a global, broad-minded perspective to problem-solvingOur Offer For You:
