Job Description SummaryAs Head of Service Project Management (m/f/d) this individual leads and defines the strategic execution of Service projects (SER), ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and budget adherence. The role applies robust operations processes, EHS and quality systems, and standardizes operating models and tools throughout the OTR cycle. Main Tasks:
Project management: Developing structures, tools, processes, operating models and rhythmsRisks Management: Responsible to define, maintain and execute project risk and opportunities processes, implementation and tools. To ensure and assure that project risk is managed and accurately reported throughout the project lifecycle.Contract Management provides contract excellence and expertise, working with customers, partners and subcontractors in executing projects. The team handles claims management, vendor recoveries, insurance management, bonds and cash recovery.Priorities of the job, areas of focus:
Customer communication and satisfactionSales pacing, respecting revenue recognition rulesProject portfolio reviewsSupport to project execution, facilitate contact with Sales within the RegionMargin deviation monitoring and approvalManage risk and opportunitiesCash collection (overdues, retention)Consistency, alignment and efficiency across all direct departmentsReinforce PM competenciesContinuous communication and delivery alignments across all departments including workshopImprove contract management, with strong RoE about T&Cs of contractsMain KPIs:
Quarterly sales, margins, cash-in and finished goodsRequest kept, order overdues (shared with GSC function)Under / Overrecovery of the direct hoursQuality and Customer satisfaction KPIsEducation / Experience / Profile:
Technical graduate degree, such as production technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a successfully completed technician education in the field: industry / electrical engineering / mechanical engineeringAt least 7 years of experience as a manager with personnel responsibilityKnowledge in the field of ERP processesProduct knowledge High Voltage Products, appreciated for circuit breakers, hybrid switchgears and Instrument transformersAnalytical, conceptual and strategic thinkingHigh sensitivity for corporate and leadership culturePersonal responsibility, creative willing and goal orientationHigh communication skills and social skillsUnderstanding and interpretation of business key performance figuresVery good knowledge of spoken and written English necessaryPresentation skills in German and EnglishReliable behavior towards internal and external business partnersSecure interpretation of regulations, standards and specificationsSecure handling of SAP (Focus on Project Management and Engineering)Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (eg.
