Head of Service Project Management for UK, Ireland & Nordics
Job Description SummaryBecome part of a winning team and help to deliver the Green Energy transition.

Project fulfillment shall define the project execution strategy in order to deliver SER projects on time, at customer satisfaction and at budget applying operations processes, EHS and quality systems, operating models and tools, throughout OTR.

The following teams fall under direct responsibility: Project Management, Contract Management.

As the successful candidate you will have the following involvement:

o Project management: Developing structures, tools, processes, operating models and rhythms.

o Risks Management: Responsible to define, maintain and execute project risk and opportunities processes, implementation and tools. To ensure and assure that project risk is managed and accurately reported throughout the project lifecycle.

o Contract Management provides contract excellence and expertise, working with customers, partners and subcontractors in executing projects. The team handles claims management, vendor recoveries, insurance management, bonds and cash recovery

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Customer communication and satisfaction.Sales pacing, respecting revenue recognition rules.Project portfolio reviews.Support to project execution, facilitate contact with Sales within the Region.Margin deviation monitoring and approval.Manage risk and opportunities.Cash collection (overdues, retention).Consistency, alignment and efficiency across all direct departments.Reinforce PM competencies, Individual development, regular individual reviews.Continuous communication and delivery alignments across all departments including workshop.Improve contract management, with strong RoE about T&Cs of contracts.

Main KPIs:

Quarterly sales, margins, cash-in and finished goods.Request kept, order overdues (shared with GSC function).Under / Over recovery of the direct hours.Quality and Customer satisfaction KPIs.

Education / Experience / Profile:

Technical graduate degree, such as production technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a successfully completed technician education in the field: industry / electrical engineering / mechanical engineering.Significant and demonstrated year's of experience as a manager with personnel responsibility.Knowledge in the field of ERP processes.Product knowledge High Voltage Products, appreciated for circuit breakers, hybrid switchgears and Instrument transformers.Analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking.High sensitivity for corporate and leadership culture.Personal responsibility, creative willing and goal orientation.High communication skills and social skills.Understanding and interpretation of business key performance figures.Advanced communications skills: spoken and written English is required.Presentation skills in English, other languages would be advantageous.Reliable behavior towards internal and external business partners.Secure interpretation of regulations, standards and specifications.Secure handling of SAP (Focus on Project Management and Engineering).User knowledge of CODEBASE time attendance.Significant knowledge of MS Office applications (eg. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
