Principal Responsibilities

Lead a team to devise holistic sales and business strategies to grow the insurance business for the various channels and monitor their effectiveness in achieving Insurance AOP targetsDesign and revamp customer and product propositions to meet customer's demand and achieve the strategic business goalsMonitor market data and develop market share analysis to understand our strengths and challengesResponsible for Providing meaningful report and financial analysis to senior managementPerform analytical work of business growth opportunities including information gathering, report writing and feedback communication
