Job Description
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs.
Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site lead, representing the interests of global leadership in all local
operational matters.
Oversee daily activities including logistics, warehousing, light assembly, quality
control, in-house and HQ-based team coordination.
Hire, onboard, and supervise a small local team including warehouse/logistics sta,
administrative roles, and external consultants.
Collaborate with overseas leadership on strategic planning, budget execution, and
implementation of company procedures.
Manage facility setup and improvements, ensuring operational readiness and
compliance with local standards.
Monitor and analyze KPIs, P&L data, and workflows to optimize performance and
identify areas for improvement.
Support customer satisfaction eorts by ensuring reliable delivery and service quality.
Establish relationships with local vendors, service providers, and
government/investment offices as needed.
Compensation:
$50,000/hr -60,000/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
o 5 of sales experience in the energy/electrotechnical sector, ideally with deep familiarity with the US T&D market.
Years experience can vary based on previous employment
o Proven network with utilities, OEMs, EPCs, and possibly distributors (e.g., Wesco, Anixter, Irby).
o Strong understanding of technical sales: familiarity with insulators, pole-line hardware, substations, etc.
o Entrepreneurial mindset: capable of starting from scratch, including hiring reps, attending trade fairs, and managing early-stage operations.
o Fluent English (native or C2). Italian is a strong plus.
o Strong US utility relationships and experience selling technically complex products.
• Candidates who can travel across the US frequently and manage early-stage operational setup.
