Minimum requirements:
Matric Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or a related field 5+ years’ experience in sales leadership role Proven track record in new business development, strategic sales planning and execution Marine sales industry experience Experience managing teams across multiple regions  Experience with forecasting, budgeting and tender processes Knowledge of import/export procedures, stock management and procurement Familiarity with SHEQ, compliance regulations and customer service standards Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems and relevant sales tools Valid driver's license
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategy across South Africa, Africa, and globally Drive business growth through new client acquisition and tender management Lead and manage the sales team to meet revenue and margin targets Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Oversee procurement, stock control, and supplier relationships Manage import/export operations and ensure regulatory compliance Build and maintain strong customer relationships Ensure accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and admin processes Lead, mentor, and develop sales staff Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
