Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets
Manage and grow sales across general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgeting plans
Requirements10+ years of sales experience in FMCG or consumer products
3–5 years in a senior leadership role
Strong experience in managing channel sales and distribution
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
MBA or equivalent preferred
