Head of Sales France is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of leadership and a hands-on approach for French Electric Heating market and Electric Heating products. Head of Sales France plays a pivotal role in steering team towards ambitious business expansion goals as well as oversees Key Account Management and Pull/Push activities in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing Lead Sales Representatives in France to success, utilizing coaching tools and inclusive leadership strategies. Encourage team to embrace growth mindset and company behaviors. Collaborate on account strategies, portfolio plans, and financial targets in great collaborative manner with one End-to-End team. Prepare inclusive business proposals with both commercial and technical inputs. Explore avenues to enhance value for our diverse customer base and provide feedback for customer-centric innovation to our Product Management and support them on right execution to meet-up with customer expectations. Foster continuous engagement with customers and Sales Channels through regular visits. Support locally relevant projects with a focus on inclusivity. What We're Looking For A Masters/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong work ethics, commercial savviness, and strategic thinking. At least 7 years of proven experience in electrical heating sales & applications. Commercial and technical experience collaborating with a diverse range of sales representatives, electric WHS’s, and Distribution channels. Exhibits a passion for leadership, dedication to continuous improvement, and a service-oriented, team-focused mindset. Self-driven with the ability to develop and mentor a diverse team to achieve maximum results. Native French speaker with fluent English proficiency.
