The Head of Risk Management provides enterprise-wide strategic leadership for all risk mitigation functions, setting the framework, standards, and protocols that protect employees, trade partners, customers, and company assets. This role directs the development and execution of risk governance, insurance coverage, safety programs and incident-response strategies that reduce exposure, enhance operational performance, and ensure consistent regulatory compliance across all operating divisions.
