For our business unit Eco Heating System within our R&D Center we are looking for a
Head of R&D (m/f/d) - HVAC, Air to Water Heat Pump
Location: Stuttgart

Role and Responsibilities

Organization and project lead of Heat Pump R&DLead and develop existing Heat Pump R&D team and recruit experienced engineers Responsible for Test lab set-up / planning / organization / coordination Development and follow up of local (Europe) production model of HVAC or Air to Water Heat PumpAttending & Responding to rapid EU regulatory changesExpanding Association with reputation, network, and knowledge in Europe

Skills and Qualifications

Majors in refrigeration engineering or air conditioning or mechanical engineeringPreferably 10+ years of experience in HVAC or Air to Water Heat Pump system development and EU HVAC or Air to Water H/P System Regulation/Certification managementExperience in leading R&D projects and teamsExperience in electrical testing and expertise related to R&D processExtensive experience and understanding of refrigeration cycleEnables system air conditioner cycle control specifications and system parts design and selection capabilities.Experience in water pipe system design of Chiller, Air to water H/P, Air conditionerFluency in English is a must, German language skills a plus
