Ready to get started? **Main Responsibilities:** + Lead and provide oversight of the site Quality Systems ensuring compliance and operational efficiency of systems. + Develop and implement annual Quality System objectives in alignment with the organizational strategy and vision. + Ensure the Quality Systems including Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Complaints, Third Party, Training, and Data Integrity programs are compliant with applicable regulatory requirements and company quality standards. + Ensure the timely closure of quality events such as deviations, CAPAs, and change controls to maintain compliance and operational efficiency. + Ensure quality backlog is under control. + Ensure training programs are in place and that all employees have the knowledge and qualifications needed for their tasks. + Provide Quality System guidance, support, and training to all staff and stakeholders, and promote a culture of quality and compliance across the organization. + Establish metrics and monitor key performance indicators for the QS activities, to identify trends and ensure program performance and effectiveness. + Promote a culture of quality and compliance across the organization. + Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance the QS efficiency and effectiveness fostering a culture of continuous improvement. + Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methods to enhance processes and outcomes. + Lead management reviews to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and Lead the coordination of all elements of the site management reviews. + Lead and manage the QS team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. **HSE Requirement / Statement:** + Works within the policies, procedures and regulations as required by the Company and under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. **About You** **Education/Certifications:** + Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering. **Experience:** + 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. + 10+ years Quality experience + 5+ years leading teams **Competencies:** + Strong Knowledge in Quality Systems management and regulations. + Fluent English spoken and written. + Good knowledge of plant operation. + Strong communication skills. + Ability to influence at all levels. + Ability to lead and motivate teams. + High level of autonomy. + Problem Solving-solving skills. + Strong Computer Literacy **Why Choose Us?** + Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.​​ + Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.​​ + Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.​​​ + Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs​ This position is for a current vacant role that we are actively hiring for.​ Sanofi is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
