Head of QPP for El Sato Site

 Responsible to coordinate incoming inspection if necessary in regards to quality related aspects for a defined plant or region.

Initiating and dealing with quality-relevant issues for purchase parts in series production, including conducting and coordinating the necessary complaints management.

Initiating charges and negotiating the reimbursement.

Conducting regular meetings, Q-visits and audits at the suppliers within the context of Q-improvements in series production.

Escalation to management level in case of relevant quality risks which cannot be resolved by the supplier or by the team.

Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks.
