We are seeking a Head of PT Business IT OT Architecture & Standardization to take charge of our future-ready digital IT/OT landscape. This is a critical leadership role responsible for translating business strategies into cutting-edge architectures and ensuring their successful implementation. You will be instrumental in evolving our Smart Manufacturing architecture, simplifying our technology stack, and leading a diverse team of architects and analysts to drive our ambitious digital transformation forward and deliver measurable business value.

Provide strategic leadership for the design and evolution of PT’s future-proof IT/OT Smart Manufacturing architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise principles.

Be accountable for the standardization and simplification of PT's IT and OT technology stack to enhance efficiency, reduce complexity, and enable faster innovation.

Actively monitor and integrate emerging technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, and digital twins into PT’s architectural roadmap to maintain a competitive edge.

Lead and mentor a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team of business data architects, solution architects, and analysts.

Masterfully navigate and influence a complex stakeholder network across PT, global functions, and IT/OT to build consensus and ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.

Proactively drive innovation in foundational digital technologies and architectural approaches that enhance PT’s operational efficiency and manufacturing capabilities.

Establish robust and measurable KPIs to track the effectiveness of standardization and architectural initiatives, clearly demonstrating their value to senior leadership.

You have over 12 years of progressive experience in IT/OT architecture, digital transformation, or technology strategy within a complex, global manufacturing or technical operations environment, preferably in life sciences.

You possess at least 7 years of senior leadership experience, specifically building and developing large, multi-disciplinary teams of architects and specialists.

You have a proven track record of successfully standardizing technology stacks, designing complex industrial architectures, and driving simplification at scale.

You have deep knowledge of Smart Manufacturing concepts, Industry 4.0 technologies, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP).

You are an exceptional leader with a mastery of leading through influence and building consensus within a complex global matrix organization.
