Head of Professional Services LATAM

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Professional Services consultants across LATAM.

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Drive performance management, career development, and skills enhancement initiatives.

Client Engagement & Delivery

Oversee the successful delivery of FCC projects, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.

Act as a senior technical advisor in client discussions, particularly around cloud architecture, on-premise deployments, integrations, and scalability.

Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.

Technical Expertise

Maintain deep knowledge of FCC solutions, including AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening.

Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for complex technical implementations.

Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in cloud and compliance.

Operational Excellence

Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for Professional Services delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support) to ensure alignment and client success.

Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong technical background in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect).

Experience working in a global matrix organization.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Willingness to travel across LATAM (up to 15%).

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Extensive experience with FCC solutions and regulatory compliance frameworks, demonstrating deep domain expertise and the ability to navigate complex client environments.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree, showcasing strategic thinking, business leadership, and cross-functional management capabilities.

Proven business acumen, with a track record of driving growth, managing client relationships, and delivering measurable impact in professional services or technology consulting.
