Skills and Requirements - 10+ years in production control, mission-critical operations, or infrastructure management within top-tier financial institutions or large-scale enterprises. - Proven track record of leading global teams in high-pressure environments with 24/7 operational coverage - Expertise in Major Incident Management (MIM) and root cause analysis for complex systems. - Ability to design and enforce operational playbooks, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies - ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certification (preferred). - Additional certifications in cloud architecture or DevOps are a plus.
