We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of Product Engineering to lead and scale the product engineering function. This role involves full ownership of delivering a cutting-edge AI security product, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade. You will collaborate closely with product management, AI research, and security teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow high-performing engineering teams across frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA
Collaborate with product and research teams to define and execute a clear engineering roadmap
Embed secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices throughout the engineering process
Design and implement cloud-native, scalable architectures tailored for AI-powered cybersecurity use cases
Champion CI/CD, test automation, and DevSecOps to accelerate delivery with high quality
Define and implement monitoring, alerting, and performance metrics for product reliability and security
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous innovation
Oversee hiring, mentorship, and career development of engineering talent
Identify and proactively mitigate technical and security-related risks
Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI and cybersecurity
QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
Proven track record of leading product engineering teams delivering secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions
Deep knowledge of software architecture, microservices, API design, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices
Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passionate about AI, cybersecurity, and delivering impactful enterprise products
Preferred SkillsExperience with AI/ML product development and deployment
Knowledge of industry security frameworks and compliance standards
Background in DevSecOps and automated security testing
Exposure to enterprise clients or regulated industry environments
