Apply now for Head of Point of Care ANZ, you will lead our Point of Care Sales and Applications team across Australia and New Zealand. This senior leadership position is critical to driving commercial success, building strategic partnerships, and delivering value to both customers and patients.

You will:

Develop and execute the ANZ sales strategy for our Point of Care portfolioLead, inspire and grow a high-performing sales and clinical applications teamBuild and nurture strong, strategic relationships with key business partners and customersIdentify growth opportunities across the healthcare sector and develop targeted market plansCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfactionTake ownership of revenue targets, pipeline management, and team performanceRepresent the voice of the customer and deliver solutions that make a difference in frontline healthcare

Your Expertise:

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in healthcare or medical diagnosticsStrong commercial acumen and business operations capabilityDemonstrated success in building and leading cross-functional teamsA results-driven approach with a focus on execution, accountability, and team cultureExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working with clinical or technical products, ideally in Point of Care or related health technologiesRelevant tertiary qualifications in business, science, healthcare, or a related fieldEligibility to work in Australia and New Zealand
