Your Role: Own the Challenge
As Head of Planning & Fulfillment, you are responsible for strategic and operational planning as well as inventory and resource management. You ensure an efficient supply chain and contribute to high customer satisfaction through optimized processes and on-time delivery.
Overseeing site-specific supply and resource planning along with inventory management
Managing and developing S&OP and S&OE processes to ensure delivery capability
Coordinating cross-functional initiatives to optimize delivery times, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy
Leading and developing an efficient team in the area of planning and fulfillment
What it takes to Run what runs the world
Completed studies in logistics, business administration, supply chain management or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in planning, logistics or supply chain management with leadership experience
Sound knowledge of ERP systems as well as Lean and Six Sigma methods
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with purchasing, sales and production
Methodical approach, structured working style and effective problem-sol
Skilled handling of KPIs, forecasts and performance analyses
Knowledge of HSE and compliance requirements and their implementation in operational environments
Proficient German and English skills, both written and spoken

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 5.827,20 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
