Main responsibilities:

Define and implement maintenance strategies aligned with business goals and GMP regulationsLead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with quality standardsImplement preventive maintenance programs and coordinate corrective actionsAnalyze costs and asset utilization to create continuous improvement plansEnsure product quality through regulation enforcement and development of instructionsManage technical anomalies and deviations, implementing measures to prevent recurrenceDrive efficiency improvements through performance evaluation and implementation of modern tools and standardsParticipate in investment and technology transfer projects, formulating user and technical needs

About you

Higher education technical qualification (Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Degree preferred)5+ years of experience in maintenance or operations3+ years of management experienceIn-depth technical knowledge of maintenance systems and equipmentStrong understanding of GMP regulations and quality standards will be an assetFluency in Hungarian and EnglishProven ability in strategic thinking and problem-solving
