About Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Shenyang.

What you can look forward to as Head of Operation Oversee all daily operations of the plant, including production, maintenance, engineering, logistics, and planning. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using ZF production systems and Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs. Manage the plant's operational budget, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met. Ensure production schedules are met consistently, achieving targets for volume, quality, and on-time delivery. Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to shift supervisors, team leaders, and all operational staff. Manage resource planning, including staffing, workload allocation, and overtime. Work closely with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure a seamless flow of materials to support production schedules. Optimize internal logistics and inventory management processes to minimize waste and ensure production line continuity. Your Profile as Head of Operation Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations within the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Operations Manager, Plant Manager). Proven experience in high-precision manufacturing, preferably in electro-mechanical assembly, e-Mobility, powertrain, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) is highly desirable. Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budget control. In-depth knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949) and health & safety regulations.
