Role Summary
The company is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Head of Operations to lead and expand its end-to-end service delivery functions. The role involves driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring smooth execution across all services and channels. It requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with strong analytical, leadership, and execution skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Role and responsibilities- :
Oversee day-to-day operations across workshops, office, central operations teams, and key stakeholders. Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all locations to ensure consistent service quality. Manage supply chain coordination to ensure timely availability of parts and smooth service delivery. Work closely with the Technology and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless and integrated execution. Track key performance metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), service level adherence (SLA), and customer satisfaction (NPS), and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
