Key Responsibilities:

Lead seasonal and ongoing buying strategies while building strong partnerships with brand principals and suppliers Develop and execute product assortments aligned with market trends, customer preferences, and store profiles Manage full inventory lifecycle — from allocation and replenishment to markdowns and stock liquidation Monitor sell-through, inventory turnover, and aging to deliver strong sales growth and healthy margins Work closely with stores, marketing, visual merchandising, and supply chain teams for seamless execution Identify new brand and product opportunities to strengthen our portfolio
