A leading renewable energy manufacturer, a pioneer in solar PV cells and modules with a strong domestic and international presence, to hire a dynamic Head of Marketing (General Manager) . This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and sustainability goals.

Drive brand visibility, corporate communications, and digital transformation.

Lead product and technical marketing initiatives in collaboration with engineering.

Develop integrated campaigns to strengthen pipeline across B2B and institutional buyers.

Manage global events, partnerships, and industry relations.

Mentor and grow a strong marketing team to deliver measurable impact.

 

What We’re Looking For

Master’s in Marketing/Business from a premier institute.

10+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years in a marketing leadership role in manufacturing, renewable energy, or clean-tech.

Proven success in strategic marketing, digital, branding, and CRM tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
