Head of Marketing DACH (all genders)
The DACH Marketing Leader is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, customer‑centric health‑system marketing strategy for the Zone, working closely with cross‑functional teams to drive impactful market activation. The role leads a team of marketing and communication professionals, ensuring effective execution, strong collaboration, and continuous development. **Your role:** + Develop and deliver a comprehensive health‑system marketing plan for key customer segments, ensuring alignment with business and sales objectives. + Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive integrated planning, secure stakeholder insights, and refine long‑term strategic direction. + Oversee demand‑generation campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and enhance targeting, engagement, and conversion outcomes. + Coordinate all marketing activities related to product launches and promotions, managing the full lifecycle of third‑party and proprietary events. + Enable targeted, audience‑based activation by aligning global marketing strategies with specific needs of the DACH zone. + Lead marketing budget negotiations and maintain diligent oversight of spending in partnership with Finance. + Manage, develop, and coach a team of marketing and communication professionals, ensuring high performance and effective daily operations. + Drive proactive PR and communications efforts for the zone, aligned with the marketing plan and strategic priorities. **You should bring the following:** + Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce Management, or equivalent. + 5–10 years of experience in marketing roles. + Strong capabilities in campaign, brand, and integrated marketing management. + Expertise in marketing analytics and customer segmentation/targeting. + Proven experience in sales enablement and omnichannel customer engagement. + Leadership skills with experience in people and budget management. + MedTech or healthcare industry knowledge + fluency in German and English **Philips benefits for you:** + Annual leave: 30 days + Mobility and devices: subsidized Germany ticket, leasing opportunities for private use (bicycles, cars, smartphones,…) + Philips University & Philips in Balance: Wide range of professional training courses and for personal development & Healthcare + Philips Pension Fund: Employer-funded pension plan + “Partnerzeit” – two paid weeks off after your partner has given birth + Philips MyShop: Discount on Philips products + Meals: Free drinks and low prices in our canteen and Café Philistro + Culture: Informal culture, a paid day for voluntary work, various team/cultural activities (on sustainability, diversity, ...), etc. **How We Work Together** We believe that we achieve better results when we work together rather than apart.
