Leading and overseeing the brand marketing strategies and initiatives in Hong Kong markets. Providing strategic direction to drive brand awareness and ensure the achievement of business objectives through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives. About the job Responsibilities: Lead Haagen-Dazs Marketing strategy planning/execution with marketing budget management. Anchored by global brand strategy and North Asia cluster 3-year strategy, develop Hong Kong Haagen-Dazs growth plans in portfolio and marketing activation for demand generation to boldly build brand. Based on global toolkit and assets, develop Hong Kong marketing activation for core ranges and new product launches, including communication asset adaptation & creation, media planning, partnership and experiential when necessary by leading local marketing agencies. Lead new product ‘launch-to-win’ process, providing local relevant insight to North Asia Marketing Director from concept development to commercialization, working closely with Sales, ITQ, SCM, Finance. Strategically manage marketing budgets and resources to maximize return on investment and drive business growth. Identify new growth opportunities of HD upon local insight toward market landscape closely working with regional CMI (Consumer & Market Intelligence). Co-Partner P&L with HK Sales leader and HK Finance Leader for the responsible brand to enable the business to meet or exceed financial targets Lead monthly and annual business planning process as brand champion, providing objective assessment of risks/opportunities and robust action planning to deliver targets Manage total marketing budget of responsible brand to deliver target P&L, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and delivering measurable ROI. Lead the team to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and market penetration in Hong Kong market to achieve business goals; develop new product launch campaign and/or brand campaign by fully leveraging the product initiative, brand asset and toolkit from Global Brand Team based on thorough local insight Lead the team to develop and implement digital marketing and CRM strategy with 5P plan (product, assortment, pricing, promotion, place and people) for the brand to meet established targets. Requirements: 10 years’ experience in the marketing field, with a focus on FMCG industry and min. 5 years’ experience in managerial role. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving and data analytic abilities to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing marketing teams. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
